Opened in July, 2008 the Harley-Davidson Museum is the culmination of over 100 years of motorcycle history located on 20 acres. The museum’s extensive collection includes the first Harley-Davidson motorcycle as well as 40,000 square feet of additional exhibits that speak to the unique history of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Artifacts from the corporate archives and those donated by enthusiasts help to tell the Harley-Davidson brand story in 12 unique galleries, with over 450 motorcycles, an abundance of artifacts and pieces of memorabilia, as well as compelling exhibits that allow visitors to explore the history and culture of this longstanding American icon.
