Misko Aki: Confluence of Cultures won the award for Outstanding Achievement in Exhibitions from the Canadian Museums Association (CMA).

Misko Aki: Confluence of Cultures is an immersive exploration of the diverse Indigenous presence in Muskoka from 10,000 years past to this very moment. The exhibit takes visitors on a symbolic canoe journey through the land and cultures that shape Muskoka. The Indigenous led project team included Tim Johnson, Lord Cultural Resources, WeatherstonBruer Associates.  kubik maltbie was honored to be part of the project and responsible for the fabrication, graphic production, A/V systems and final installation.
